General Questions

Just Liv encompasses and exceeds your travel experience.

The participant who creates the booking for the reservation is considered the “Primary Guest” and is the “owner” of the reservation. The Primary Guest is solely responsible for initiating or authorizing changes to the reservation and must agree in writing to any changes made to the reservation. Changes to the reservation can be made by emailing reservation@justliv.live. It is the responsibility of the Primary guest to collect funds from guest(s) in the room and make any monthly payments on time.

Yes, Just Liv’s parent company Kingdom Travel Agency Inc., is certified with IATAN, CLIA, and TRUE ARC Licenses. We also hold general liability and E&R insurance policy. All of our Customer Packages includes Travel Insurance.

An administrative fee of $45.00 per person per name change will be assessed up to 60 days before the event. Names change requests within 60 days of the event will not be accepted.

Teachers, doctors, nurses, first responders, and retired or active-duty Military personnel are entitled to a discount of up to 5% off.  The discount only applies to new room package reservations and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.  To get your discount code, complete the Eligibility Verification Form.  After verifying your eligibility, we will send you the discount code you can use when making your reservation.

Payment Questions

Just Liv offers two ways to pay.

1. In Full by paying your travel account with one payment or,

2. Monthly installment plans that allow you the guest to make feasible payments monthly.

We accept all major credit cards.

Your Deposit is the required first payment made on your Travel Account. For example if your Travel Account is $400.00 and you are doing installments over four months your deposit will be $100.00

If you paid in full your non refundable amount from Travel Safe would be $100.00. To reiterate your First payment becomes your deposit.

There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policies.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations of any kind directly from Kingdom Travel Agency Inc for Just Liv Events. Just Liv has partnered with Travel Safe Insurance to ensure that all packages are sold with travel insurance. If you must cancel for any reason immediately email cancellation@justliv.live. After emailing cancellation@justliv.live we strongly recommend that you contact Travel Safe Insurance Company at 1 800-461-6920 or 1-317-582-2629 or via email at ts.service@sevencorners.com All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. When contacting Travel Safe Insurance please have your receipt of payment, the signed terms and condition form available because you will need to forward them to a Travel Safe Insurance Representative.

In the event of cancellation, you must first contact Just Liv in writing by sending an email to cancellation@justliv.live then you must contact Travel Safe Insurance via phone at 1 800-461-6920 or 1-317-582-2629 or via email at ts.service@sevencorners.com to submit a claim and request a refund via insurance.
For questions regarding coverage or to purchase additional travel insurance, please contact Travel Safe Insurance using the contact information above. Travel Insurance does not cover flights, miscellaneous items such as cabanas, tours and excursions. All cancellations incur a fee of $300.00 per person.

You the consumer can also receive a credit for a future event if you decline to put in a claim with Travel Safe. A $300.00 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from the total balance paid for Accommodations and the remaining balance can be credited to another Just Liv Event within one year. Credits can only be offered from the first day of registration up to 90 days before the event. All Consumers seeking cancellations during the 90 days before the event will have to file a claim with Travel Safe Insurance.

Travel Safe Insurance does not cover flights, Cabanas, VIP Sections at evening events or any tours and excursions these items are non – refundable if you cancel. However, you, the consumer, can contact Travel Save once you receive your Insurance policy and add additional insurance at the consumers cost to cover those non-refundable items above.

For Participants who are unable to, or choose not to pay for their packages and tickets in full at the time of booking we offer as a courtesy a payment plan that will divide your payment into monthly installments based on the date at which you booked. You will receive a payment schedule which details the payment plan including the automatic monthly installments and the dates on which payments are due. The Participants First Payment is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking and if the Event balance is not immediately paid in full Monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file monthly. It is your sole responsibility to know your due dates for payments. Your remaining balance will be split into equal monthly payments which will be debited each month after your initial deposit is paid. Your final payment is due no later than 90 days before the event.

Yes. If payment cannot be made on the due date, payment can only be moved to a later date within the same month. If for any reason there is a financial issue, please email the Accounting Department at accounting@justliv.live. Changes must be received no later than 72 business hours before the due date. There is a 10-day grace period for late payments. After 10 days the account will be considered in default. Once in default, reservations are suspended, reserved seats and room type are no longer held, and the reservation will require a $75 reinstatement fee, plus all missing payments must be paid in full up to the date of reinstatement to remove the default status.

If a payment plan is in default and the seats and room(s) are released, they may be re-sold to another customer and you will have to purchase new seats and room(s) based on availability at the time of reinstatement. Please Note: there is no guarantee of receiving your original booking upon reinstatement due to cancellation for non-payment. If the default status has not been remedied after 10 days, the company has the right to cancel the reservation and the customer forfeits all monies paid to the company.

Be advised, a late fee of $25.00 per person will be added to your package if the credit card on file is declined. If final payment is not received by the due date listed on your invoice your package will be cancelled, all payments made up to that point will be forfeited and the customer will not receive a refund.

And your departure should always allow you ample time to check out of your hotel and arrive to the airport and check-in for your departing flight. We recommend allowing yourself at-least two hours in advance for domestic travel (within the U.S.) and a minimum of three hours if returning on an international flight to travel to the airport, to check-in and make it to your departing gate.

Yes, Just Liv can assist with Airline Transfer

No. However, airfare can be purchased separately.
