Participant’s Agreement (Terms & Conditions)

COVID-19

By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges that Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts travel and leisure activities worldwide. There is a possibility that some event activities and lodging may be subject to change without notice to the Participant. COVID-19 issues may include, but are not limited to: emergencies declared by the government, travel restrictions, mandatory closures or reduction of staff at attractions and lodging, delays by service providers, quarantine, and exposure to or contraction of COVID-19. Suppose a COVID-19 issue should arise, making compliance with the terms of the Contract impossible or improbable as a result of such a COVID-19 case. In that case, Participant agrees to be bound by the following terms:

Just Liv events are non-refundable once purchased; a purchase includes initiating a deposit.

There are no refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason.

However, you may request a refund through “Travel Safe Insurance,” and you may purchase additional travel insurance. 

Any payment towards your deposit; final payment; or attendance at a Just Liv event and festival confirms that you accept and agree to the Just Liv LLC. (“Just Liv”) Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”).

Terms AND Conditions 

This Agreement sets forth the Terms and Conditions under which Just Liv LLC, a Florida company, agrees to provide the ‘Just Liv  Destination Event Getaway Package’ in return for payment of the amounts indicated in your reservation confirmation.

This document contains significant limitations on your rights, a legally binding document separate from the ticket contract you will be issued.

Suppose you make a reservation or payment for yourself and your group members, party, or traveling companions. In that case, you consent to the “Agreement” on behalf of all members of your group, and this Agreement will bind all members.

This Agreement is subject to change by Just Liv LLC at any time upon written notice of the change.

Just LIV LLC Cancellation Policies

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! 

There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policies.

Within 30 days of an event (180 days for some events, outlined in your terms and conditions form), there will be no refunds for cancellations directly from Just Liv, which has partnered with Travel Safe Insurance to purchase travel insurance. Suppose you must cancel immediately; email cancellation@justliv.live. After emailing cancellation@justliv.live, we strongly recommend that you, the consumer, contact Travel Safe Insurance Company at 1-800-461-6920 or 1-317-582-2629 or via email at ts.service@sevencorners.com. Just Liv offers credits (less a $300.00 initial deposit) to be utilized within one year (365 days) towards another Just Liv event. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. When contacting Travel Safe Insurance, please have your receipt of payment and the signed terms and conditions form available because you will need to forward them to a Travel Safe Insurance Representative.

In the event of cancellation within 90 days of an event, you must first contact Just Liv in writing by emailing cancellation@justliv.live. Then you must contact Travel Safe Insurance via phone at 1 800-461-6920 or 1-317-582-2629 or email at ts.service@sevencorners.com to submit a claim and request a refund via insurance.

PAYMENT

Monthly Payment Plans Are Available.

For Participants who cannot or choose not to pay for their packages and tickets in full at the time of booking, we offer as a courtesy a payment plan that will divide your payment into monthly installments based on the date on which you book.

You will receive a payment schedule that details the payment plan, including the automatic monthly installments and the dates on which payments are due.

The Participant’s Payment is a non-refundable deposit due when booking.

  • Monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file each month. It is your sole responsibility to know your due dates for prices.
  • Your remaining balance will be split into equal monthly payments, which will be debited monthly after your initial deposit is paid.
  • Your final payment is due no later than 60 days before the Event
  • All prices are made through PayPal using a variety of payment options, including all major credit cards

Late Payments & Declined Credit Cards.

If, for any reason, there is any Financial Issue, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Just Liv booking agent 72 hours before the due date to change your monthly payment to a later date in the same month. Customers on installment payments must make the payment monthly.

If payment cannot be made on the due date, the price can only be moved within the same month. There is a 10-day grace period for late payments. After ten days, the account will be considered in default. Once in default, reservations are suspended, reserved seats and room types are no longer held, and the reservation will require a $150.00 reinstatement fee domestic  ($250.00 International fee) plus all payments paid up to date to remove the default status.

  1. If a payment plan is in default and the seats and room(s) are released, they may be re-sold to another customer, and you will have to purchase new seats and space (s) based on availability at the time of reinstatement. There is no guarantee of receiving your original booking upon reinstatement.
  2. Cancellation for non-payment: If, after ten days, the default status has not been remedied, Company has the right to cancel the reservation, and the customer forfeits all monies paid to the Company.

A late fee of $75.00 per person will be added to your package if the credit card on file is declined.

If the final payment is not received by the due date listed on your invoice, your package will be canceled, all payments made up to that point will be forfeited by you, and you will not receive a travel credit.

Chargebacks

If an error was made on your Just Liv financial invoice, we kindly request that you contact accounting@justliv.live to correct your invoice.

Please do not execute a chargeback.”

Active guests who enter false debit or credit card chargeback claims will be subject to cancel their entire reservation without a refund. They will be blocked from all future events and levied a $200.00 chargeback processing fee.

RESERVATIONS

The Participant who creates the booking for the reservation is considered the “Primary Guest” and is the “owner” of the reservation.

The Primary Guest is solely responsible for initiating or authorizing changes to the reservation and must agree in writing to any changes made. Changes to the reservation can be made by emailing reservation@justliv.live.

The primary guest must collect funds from guest(s) in the room and make any monthly payments on time.

Discounts

Teachers retired, and active duty Military personnel are entitled to a 5% discount.

Proof of employment verification forms will be emailed and will have to be filled out before reservation to receive the 5% discount.

Name Changes

All participants will be assessed an administrative fee of $150.00 per person per name change from the booking date until 30 days before the Event.

Name change requests within 60 days of the Event shall not be accepted.

ZERO TOLERANCE:
ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY

By local, state, federal, and international laws, Just Liv has a zero-tolerance policy regarding using, possessing, purchasing, or distributing illegal controlled substances. Any policy violation will result in immediate ejection from the Event and the individuals being turned over to the local law enforcement officials for appropriate legal action. In cases of participant expulsion, Just Liv shall not be liable for any refund or other compensation or damages and reserves the right to refuse entry at future Events.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THREATS & VIOLENCE

Just Liv has a zero-tolerance policy regarding threats or engaging in acts of violence, including but not limited to: verbal or physical threats; threats to persons or property; implied threats; violent behavior, including any physical assault with or without weapons; destruction of property. Threats, threatening behavior, or acts of violence against Hotel and Event staff will not be tolerated. Violations of this policy will lead to cancellation of your reservation, immediate ejection from the Event, arrest, and criminal prosecution as appropriate. In cases of participant expulsion, Just Liv shall not be liable for any refund, other compensation, or damages.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DISCRIMINATION AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Just Liv has a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination and sexual harassment.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RELEASE

Video or audio recording, filming, or photographs may be owned, licensed, assigned, or distributed nationwide and worldwide by Just Liv LLC., their affiliates, and assignees. You, at this moment, allow, waive and authorize Just Liv, its affiliates, and assignees the right to use your likeness in any manner whatsoever. You will not receive compensation for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against  Just Liv, their affiliates, and assignees for such use.

FORCE MAJEURE

Just Liv, Inc., will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, analysis of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.

For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in market prices or conditions, or (c) a party’s financial inability to perform its obligations hereunder.
