The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is situated in the Southeast of the Arabian Peninsula, bordering Oman.

Moreover, Dubai is the most popular emirates with visitors due to its futuristic vision and innovative modernization. As a result, Dubai became synonymous with the UAE as many travelers would flock to UAE solely to visit Dubai for the fascinating array of experiences it offers.

Dubai International Airport, ( DXB ) is the main airport serving Dubai and is the world’s busiest airport based on passenger travel.

The currency in Dubai is Arab Emirates Dirham.

Check if you need a visa

Depending on your nationality you can get a visa on arrival, or you can apply for your prearranged visit visa

from Dubai Immigration before you travel.

Nationals of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar & Saudi Arabia) can travel within GCC countries and enter Dubai with their National Identity Card (ID Card).

Visa Requirements for US Citizens (Tourist Passports) to visit the UAE: No visas are required for American citizens (holders of regular passports) before arrival in the UAE, including US Citizens with visas or entry stamps from other countries in their passports. US Citizens can get a visa on arrival valid for 30 days.

Visa information

  • The visa on arrival is valid for 30 days from the date of entry.
  • There is a 10-day grace period for extension.
  • If extended, the total validity would be 60 days from the date of entry.
  • Passports should be normal and valid for more than six months.
  • This is a multi-entry visa. The visa holder can consume the 30-day validity regardless of whether they are inside or outside the UAE – days spent outside the UAE are calculated from the 40-day validity of the visa.

All passengers traveling to Dubai are no longer required to present a COVID‑19 vaccination certificate or perform PCR tests.

Please check that your passport is valid for at least six months at the time of entry. You may also require a prearranged visa depending on your nationality

Both men and women must not wear clothing or accessories in Dubai, or the rest of the UAE, that display obscene or offensive pictures, words, and slogans.

  • Steer clear of clothing or accessories with swear words, insults, or any profanities- these are not welcome in Dubai and strict action might be taken against someone wearing them.
  • Don’t wear clothing that contains slogans or pictures that disrespect or defame any religion or country or nationality or even person.
  • Definitely don’t wear anything that displays religious symbols, icons, signs, texts, or the likeness of gods or goddesses from any religion.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

TRAVEL ENTRY INFORMATION

  • Traveling to the UAE Dubai requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please review your travel document to be sure it does not expire soon.  
  • Currently, US Passport holders will receive a VISA upon entry into Dubai. So that you know, no fee is required at this time. If any changes happen, we will send you an email.
  • If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you must make your flight arrangements. When you make your flight arrangements, please pay close attention to the dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai on November 14, 2024. You must fly out of the United States on November 13, 2024. You should also schedule your departure flight for November 20, 2024

Please be mindful that we suggest that all attendees arrive in UAE, Dubai on November 14, 2024 

  • The airline flight schedule for the complete package will be released in late October  2024
  • A credit card will be required for check-in to cover Incidental room charges.
