Transportation will be included only for your scheduled arrivals and departure date booked with the group. All guest arriving earlier who will not be booked with the group has to purchase their transportation, with no exceptions.

Round Trip Transportation will also be offered for events that may be held off the Host Hotel Property.

 Non-alcoholic beverages and standard alcoholic beverages.

 **Guest will receive a US$45 dining credit applicable to the final bill.

  • The beverage package applies to all bars and restaurants EXCEPT In Villa Dining and Mini Bar.
  • Taking away beverages from outlets to the rooms is not allowed.
  • Only selected beverages that are listed in the package will be offered.
  • Any other beverages not included in the packages and consumed extra will be charged directly to the Guest.
  • All beverages will be served only in glasses and not in bottles.
  • If the guests show signs of intoxication or misbehave, the restaurant and bar managers have the authority to stop serving alcohol to such guests.
  • The guests who choose the beverage packages can only offer the drinks to their friends or others if they are part of the package.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is highly recommended. To receive any monetary funds as there is no refund.  To Purchase Travel Insurance, don’t hesitate to contact the office for a quote.

TRAVEL ENTRY INFORMATION

  • Traveling to the Republic of Maldives requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please look at your access right now to be sure it does not expire soon.
  • Currently, US Passport holders will receive a VISA upon entry into Dubai. So that you know, no fee is required at this time. If any changes happen, we will send you an email.
  • You must make your flight arrangements if you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE. When you make your flight arrangements, please pay close attention to the dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Maldives on April 11, 2025. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on April 10, 2025. You should also schedule your departure flight for April 16.2025

Please be mindful that we suggest that all attendees arrive in Maldives on April 11, 2025, before 3:00 pm.

  • The airline flight schedule for the complete package will be released in late February 2025
  • A credit card will be required for check-in to cover Incidental room charges.
